An exciting opportunity is now available at Yalumba for a Brand Manager to join our team, based in Angaston, on a full-time basis. This role is reporting through to the Senior Brand Manager and has primary responsibility for the Yalumba Wine Club. As the Brand Manager you will drive all branding activities related to the D2C and B2B, with a particular focus on digital branding activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Yalumba Wine Club brand strategy, including content creation, product improvements and digital advertising;
  • Supported by a Marketing Assistant, coordinate the delivery of digital marketing activities for the Yalumba Wine Club;
  • Acting as the central point of contact between multiple business units for all D2C activities;
  • Conducting data analysis to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers and ongoing database management;
  • Supporting the Wine Room Manager with club enquiries, events and other matters as required, to drive sign up to the Yalumba Wine Club.  

To be successful in this position you will have relevant qualifications in marketing, branding or communications with demonstrated success delivering on D2C or B2B branding initiatives. In addition, a passion for wine and the ability to confidently talk about wine to customers will be highly regarded. 

The D2C channel is a relatively new venture for Yalumba, and as such, this role requires someone who is energetic and self-motivated in order to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders and get business buy-in on Wine Club initiatives. Whilst we don't expect you to be a digital marketing guru, you will need to have some smarts when it comes to digital advertising and an understanding of the digital landscape, in order to provide strategic direction on digital engagement activities. 

This position would be well suited to someone with a proven track record as a Brand Manager, Customer Experience Manager or similar with experience delivering integrated communication and media strategies inclusive of digital.
