About the Opportunity

Yalumba has an opportunity for a Stock Team Assistant to join their team based in Angaston, Barossa, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Group Demand and Supply Planning Manager, you will provide consistent and high quality Supply Planning Administrative functions for finished goods and merchandise stock. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product setup within commercial and online portal systems;
  • Maintaining the integrity of Product Allocations within the ERP in line with the product owner guidelines and approval;
  • Providing support for import shipping documentation and stock receipt;
  • Creating stock purchase orders in line with business purchasing practice;
  • Responding to day-to-day stock enquiries from internal business and external stakeholders; and
  • Providing support by fulfilling other Group Supply Chain requirements in a staff member’s absence.

This is an administrative role supporting the Group Supply Chain and Forecasting team. Previous administrative experience in an operational or logistics environment would be an advantage, but is not mandatory. You will also be a self starter with an attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when completing tasks. 

Strong computer literacy, with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, is a key requirement of this position.
